The Visionaire Condominium - Branding and Advertising
The Visionaire at 70 Little West Street is not only New York City’s first apartment building to be certified LEED Platinum but also it is one of the most stunning towers at Battery Park City. The Visionaire lends luxury amenities and life-enhancing green benefits in an architecturally distinguished and sophisticated structure designed by architects Pelli Clarke Pelli. Continuing the green vision, the "Clearly Living," campaign introduced The Visionaire to buyers and all print materials were printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with water-based inks.

The inspiration for the leaves was not only the LEED certification but the distinguished curved façade of the building where two sides meet and make a point, creating a shape similar to an ovate leaf.
