Douglas Elliman, New York’s premier luxury real estate company, sought to expand its regional prestige onto the national stage while refreshing its brand identity without losing hard-earned recognition.
Jessica's Role
Jessica reimagined the visual system—refining the logotype, reworking letterforms, and evolving the color palette to feel sharper and more modern. She also reinvented the property sales signage, replacing the industry-standard white with a bold dark gray.
The result: the signage shift was so distinct and successful that competitors quickly adopted the look, reshaping not only Elliman’s presence but the entire visual landscape of New York real estate.
