This ad campaign, titled "Mysterious Encounters," puts the viewer at the intersection of intrigue, beauty, and craftsmanship. The bold and colorful world of Orient Express comes alive though subtle cues never quite fully in focus, creating a palpable tension that leaves viewers to fill in their own mystery.
Jessica's Role
Jessica took a cinematic approach inspired by the Orient Express’s legacy, infusing the hotel brand with a heightened sense of mystery. In the hero ad, for example, two images—a gilded key and a suspicious-looking woman—merge to suggest an untold story, leaving viewers intrigued and compelled to look closer. This deliberate duality became the backbone of the campaign, creating layers of narrative that invited curiosity at every touchpoint.
The “Mysterious Encounters” concept ultimately won the pitch for the agency.
